John A. Zarzeczny, Senior investigator
John A. Zarzeczny is the Senior Investigator for Nurenberg, Paris, Heller & McCarthy
Co. L.P.A. Since joining the firm in 1972, he uses the latest technology available
to him in all phases of an investigation. With his experience over the course of his career at the firm, he
has worked with many of the attorneys in the firm, including the senior partners both past and present on numerous complex aviation, railroad, product liability, vehicular,
wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases.
John Zarzeczny has built many scale models. These models played a valuble role
in presenting the critical case details to a trial jury.
Mr. Zarzeczny's involvement in the cases includes initial investigation of the injuries,
accident scenes and circumstances of the accidents.
He is also frequently
sought out to undertake detailed analysis and examination of technical documents
in complex cases. With over three decades of experience, he can skip-trace
and locate witnesses and defendants. Mr. Zarzeczny also works with many of the technical experts
involved in the cases, and has the skills and resources to build scale demonstrative
exhibits for use during the case.
Mr. Zarzeczny also over sees the firm's electronic evidence. Today the firm
uses modern digital photography, document scanning and digital video.
