David M. Paris
practices in the areas of complex injury and wrongful death caused by medical malpractice,

waste spills. He is certified by NBTA as a civil trial specialist, chairs the firm’s class action department and is a past president of the Cleveland Academy of Trial

Jamie R. Lebovitz,
vice president of the firm, has distinguished himself as one of the country’s leading attorneys in the
representation of victims of airplane crashes and other transportation disasters.
He has achieved jury verdicts and settlements in excess of $300 million in state
and federal court cases that are complex and often high profile. Lebovitz is
among a select few attorneys in the United States who have been regularly appointed

William S. Jacobson litigates matters
involving medical malpractice and has a special interest in obstetrical negligence
