Andrew R. Young has been named a partner with the firm effective January 2008.

Andrew has been with NPHM since May 2000.  Andrew has obtained combined jury verdicts totaling more than $3.7 million by exclusively representing personal injury plaintiffs.  Andrew graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University and the Case Western Reserve University School of Law.  He is an appointed member on the Ohio Supreme Court Commission on Legal Education Opportunity.  Andrew has also served as an appointed member on a committee to select a replacement U.S. Magistrate for the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio.  In 2003, the Ohio Academy of Trial Attorneys honored Andrew with an award for distinguished service.
