“I was very pleased with David Herman as my attorney, from our initial meeting when he clearly explained what he was going to do, and in what timeframe it would be, and even what was expected of me as his client. He instilled confidence in me that he was doing a good job. As it turned out, everything went exactly as he said and I got a settlement that I am happy with. If I need the services of an attorney again, I will seek him first.”
