"Through seven days in the courtroom, I watched as you sincerely gave a part of yourself on behalf of my mother's memory and lawsuit to us as a family seeking justice. Your manner and openness regarding our case was not only heartening but also demonstrated your true commitment to providing an opportunity for a "day in court" for those who feel justifiably wronged. You reached out beyond all expectation to consider our feelings, to help us interpret the events of the court, and to make all the individuals involved feel a part of the process. I sincerely appreciate your acquaintance and your efforts in guiding us through the process."
