On February 25, 2007, the Plaintiff was a business patron at the Defendants’ restaurant. While the Plaintiff was inside the restaurant, the Defendants’ employee created a hazardous condition within the restaurant which could not be discovered or avoided by the Plaintiff. The Defendants failed to remove the hazardous condition and also failed to warn Plaintiff of the hazardous condition. As a direct and proximate cause of the Defendants’ negligence in creating a hazardous condition on their premises, the Plaintiff fell to the ground and suffered serious injuries which required extensive medical care and treatment.
