Benjamin Wiborg joined Nurenberg, Paris, Heller & McCarthy in 2008 as an associate attorney. Prior to being hired on as an associate, Mr. Wiborg clerked for the firm’s appellate, research, and writing department. Mr. Wiborg earned his law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University.

Ben Wiborg practices in our Workers’ Compensation Department. This department is responsible for handling on-the-job injuries. Mr. Wiborg works closely with the Workers’ Compensation Administrator, Robert Trivisonno, and Nurenberg Paris attorney Ellen M. McCarthy.
