FAA orders Boeing 737 inspections

The Federal Aviation Administration has ordered inspections of a part that can come loose on Boeing 737s.

According to ABC News, the part can come loose in the plane’s elevator, the surface on the plane’s tail that points the nose up or down. Inspections were ordered of that part last month.

The problem came up on one of the planes that had received an inspection earlier, so the FAA is ordering more detailed Boeing 737 inspections.
