Man honored for saving lives in plane crash

A man is being honored for a water-rescue practice he used to save the lives of those involved in an airplane crash landing two months ago.

According to toledoblade.com, the technique was performed several times over the years and was successfully implemented with a small plane crashed after it had taken off.
