According to the Falls News Press, a man said he developed an eye itch which distracted him from driving and caused him to rear-end another vehicle in the Ohio car accident.

Ohio.com said one of his passengers grabbed the wheel but steered into oncoming traffic.

The Ohio car accident falls into the category of distracted driving, which, according Distraction.gov, accounted for 20% of car accident injuries in 2009.
