Two injured in Toledo auto accident

After an auto accident, most people wait for authorities to respond and report the event, as required by law. However, some flee the scene, further complicating matters.

That’s what happened in a Toledo auto accident in which an SUV ran a red light, hit a car, and flipped, ABC 13 reports. However, the driver and passenger in the car that was struck fled the scene of the crash.

However, those who fled were apprehended a few blocks away from the crash site at Ontario and Monroe, following the Toledo auto accident. Police say alcohol may have been a factor in the Toledo auto accident.
