The widow of a plane crash victim is suing the makers of the Cirrus SR 22. Jury selection is currently underway.
Her husband was Yankees pitcher Cory Lidle, who died when the plane crashed into an Upper East Side high-rise in 2006.
According to ny1.com, a federal investigation into the crash found that pilot error was to blame.
