David Herman joined the firm in 2006 as an associate attorney. Prior to obtaining his law license, Mr. Herman clerked for the firm in its appellate, research, and writing department. While in law school he was a member of the Cleveland-Marshall Mock Trial Team. In two years as an attorney advocate, David compiled an undefeated trial record against national competition and won two tournaments.

David also co-authored an article titled "Hot Topics: Current Trends In Litigating Police Brutality Cases" that was published by the American Association for Justice in its Civil Rights Section magazine. His practice at the firm focuses on all aspects of personal injury litigation.
