Victoria Leath is the senior registered nurse paralegal with the Cleveland law firm of Nurenberg, Paris, Heller & McCarthy. In this position, she participates in all aspects of the case including: initial client contact, client interviews, medical research and review, and communication with expert witnesses. She also assists in preparing questions for medical deposition. Victoria is actively involved in the digital presentations for trials, settlement conferences, and mediations. As a trial support paralegal, she assists the trial attorney in providing a smooth presentation of the facts to the jury.

When Ms. Leath joined the firm in 1991, she brought with her more than 12 years of experience in critical care nursing at local hospitals in the areas of emergency medicine, cardiac care, intensive care, recovery room care, and obstetrics. She also served as a Utilization Review/Quality Assurance Coordinator at a regional medical center.

Ms. Leath is a former facilitator at Ursuline College in the Legal Studies Degree Program and former adjunct faculty member at Notre Dame College of Ohio in the Paralegal Degree Program.
