Put Your Accident Behind You
Plaintiff's Counsel: David A. Herman
$60,000 Result in Personal Injury Case
On June 9, 2005, the Plaintiff was a visitor at the home of the Defendants. At that house, the Plaintiff was attacked by their dog on the premises of the Defendants. The Defendants failed to exercise reasonable care in the handling of their dog by, among other things, exposing their visitors to the dangers of an unruly dog. As a direct result of the misconduct of the Defendants, the Plaintiff was caused to suffer serious, permanent and disfiguring injuries, and severe and debilitating emotional pain and suffering including an inability to engage in her usual activities and which required medical care and treatment.
