Aviation safety forum planned in Washington D.C.

According to The Washington Post, The National Transportation Safety Board plans to hold a three-day “Professionalism in Aviation” safety forum beginning May 18 at its L’Enfant Plaza headquarters in Washington D.C.

NTSB Chairman Deborah A.P. Hersman will chair the forum, which will be open to the public. Ten panels composed of experts from the corporate world, government and academia will discuss developing and maintaining professionalism in pilots and air traffic controllers.
