Errant Pilots at Odds Over Blame

The pilot and co-pilot who were at the controls of Northwest Flight 188 that overshot the Minneapolis airport in October 2009 are at odds with each other about who was at fault for the error. The pilots told investigators that they were distracted and had turned on personal laptops to discuss new company pilot-scheduling procedures.
