One dead, three injured after airplane crash

One person is dead and three are injured after an airplane crash in Henderson, Nevada, according to The Associated Press.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said two men and two women were on board when the private aircraft crashed into a residential area. The aircraft was able to gain altitude but crashed as it tried to return to Henderson.

Those who were injured were taken to a local hospital and suffered from life-threatening burns and trauma.
