According to the Kansas City Star, passengers on a US Airways flight from Kansas City that landed in Richmond, Virginia, were kept on the plane for more than an hour while authorities investigated a threat.
Passengers were shuttled to the terminal and their bags were rescreened.
A Kansas City FBI spokesperson said the called-in threat was deemed to be non-credible and the plane was safe.
