A West Palm Beach broadcaster has won a settlement from the firm that owned a helicopter that crashed in 2008, according to the Palm Beach Post.
The reporter was eight minutes into his weekday broadcast in November of 2008 when the engine of the helicopter sputtered and began spinning to the ground.
The chopper landed on grass in an industrial park, and the reporter sustained back injuries.

If you or someone you know has been injured in a helicopter crash, the lawyers at Nurenberg, Paris, Heller & McCarthy can help.
