Investigators have ruled that weather did not play a role in an Illinois small plane crash.
According to ABC 7, skies were clear and winds were calm at the time of the plane crash.
The small plane crashed into the roof of a fitness center. The pilot and his wife were seriously injured, and no one inside the fitness center was hurt as a result of the plane crash.
