Families sue after 2009 plane crash

The families of victims from a 2009 plane crash are filing lawsuits against Continental and Colgan Air.

The plane crashed into a house in New York in 2009, killing 50 people, including a man in the house, according to nj.com.

Cases that aren’t settled from the plane crash lawsuit will go to court in 2012.
