A man is dead after an Oklahoma plane crash.
The man was a passenger in a Piper Cherokee that bounced and flipped over as it crashed, according to edmondsun.com.
According to investigators, it was undetermined whether or not the aircraft was practicing touch-and-go landings before the Oklahoma plane crash.
