A report find a pilot is responsible for the deaths of others after an Alaska plane crash, according to whptv.com.

The men died in the plane crash at an Anchorage military base in July. Investigators say the pilot’s overly aggressive maneuvering and overconfidence caused the C-17 plane crash.
