Three die in Southern California plane crash

Three men are dead after a Southern California single-engine plane crash, according to the Mercury News.

According to the Federal Aviation Administration, the plane was going from Calexico to Torrance, but the pilot was diverted to John Wayne Airport after reporting a fuel shortage.

The plane that crashed was a 1968 Beechcraft Musketeer.
