I worked for Recovery Resources for a couple of years on their Warmline. It was a wonderful satisfying experience helping other peers out who were in need . We assisted them with mental health issues, sometimes substance abuse, referrals and every so often had to call crisis if someone became suicidal. This is one tiny part of what makes Recovery Resources so awesome. They meet people where they are and get them going in the direction they need to go. Everything from job coaching to counseling to Aa/NA groups, reunification of families, and housing issues. You name it, and if they don’t HAVE an answer for you? Rest assured they’ll get BACK to you with one pretty prompt reply. The folks there care about their clients and it shows. I hereby nominate them for this award. Thank you for your time.
