Jeff Heller is a partner and trial lawyer at Nurenberg, Paris, Heller & McCarthy, where he focuses 100% of his practice on personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Starting his career as a prosecutor 15 years ago, Jeff handled cases ranging from simple drug possession to rape and murder. One of his most notable cases was working on the trial team that prosecuted the then-leader of the Heartless Felons—Ohio’s most vicious and notorious gang—resulting in a life sentence for multiple murder and robbery convictions.
The trial was featured on the A&E television show “After the First 48.” The invaluable training Jeff received at the prosecutor’s office is where he developed a love for presenting cases in court. His absolute core belief is that, regardless of their situations, each of his clients has a constitutional right to a trial by jury.
Jeff has tried more than 30 civil and criminal cases to juries, putting him in the upper echelon of trial lawyers across the country. His courtroom success is undoubtedly the reason he has achieved such significant results for his clients.
