Jury Verdict Against Refrigerator Manufacturer for Defective Door Handle
While Plaintiff was opening her refrigerator, the handle broke causing her to fall to the floor. Plaintiff sustained a displaced left hip fracture which required a ceramic hip replacement of 87-year-old woman who was already convalescing from a fall resulting in a right hip fracture.
