Jane Doe, et al. v. John Smith
Plaintiff, a passenger on a motorcycle, was struck by a passenger vehicle turning left into the driveaway of a members only club. The vehicle turned directly into the path of the motorcycle, failing to yield, and causing the passenger to be thrown from the motorcycle.
