Corporate Underinsurance Available to Employee’s Family for Wrongful Death of Child
Decedent was a passenger in a vehicle struck head-on by an underinsured driver. He was killed instantly. Underinsurance was established through his father’s employer’s corporate policy, as per Scott-Pontzer v. Liberty Mutual Ins. Co. He was survived by his mother, father, and brother.
