Cuyahoga County Jury Renders $1.5 Million Verdict Against OB-GYN For Improper Tubal Ligation
The Plaintiff went in for exploratory surgery and was improperly given a tubal ligation. Her OB-GYN mistook her for another patient. The Plaintiff now has increased health risks, and is required to use in vitro fertilization. The Plaintiff sustained sterilization as a result.
