Dog Bite Settles for $355,000
The Plaintiff and his wife went to the home of the Defendant to pick up the Defendant and his wife to go to a restaurant for dinner. He honked the horn and no one appeared. So he got out of the car to ring the front doorbell when he was attacked by a German Shepherd dog in full view of the defendant. The Plaintiff sustained severe lacerations to both arms.
