Family of Air Crash Victim receives $1,500,000

Wrongful death of a single 69 year old woman survived by her daughter. Decedent was a passenger on board TWA Flight 800 which exploded shortly after take off from JFK Airport in New York. The flight was destined for Charles DeGaulle International Airport in Paris, France. The crash was the result of a defect in the design of the center fuel tank and its electrical systems.
