Jury Awards $282,000 for Fractured Knee
Plaintiff was directing traffic at a cold patching site. Defendant was unable to stop without striking vehicle ahead. In an effort to avoid vehicle ahead, defendant left the roadway, went onto a grassy area, striking plaintiff. Plaintiff sustained a fractured tibial plateau.
