Mail Carrier Struck By Commercial Front End Loader Receives a $3 Million Settlement

Plaintiff, a walking mail carrier, was at a municipal service center in Northeast Ohio to drop excess trash when he was struck by a commercial front end loader. The loader struck his lower extremities, pinning him between the bucket and the trunk of his vehicle. Plaintiff suffered an open trimalleolar fracture to his right ankle, as well as multiple other fractures to his lower extremities.
