Oil Spill Class Action Settled
Lyden Oil gasoline truck traveled at an excessive speed and tipped over as it turned onto Chagrin Boulevard, spilling 8,000 gallons of gasoline. This caused the evacuation of businesses and residents of Woodmere for a 24-hour period. This resulted in business interruption and displacement damages.
