Automobile roll-over accident where plaintiff was a passenger in an SUV which rolled over as a result of another vehicle and a semi-truck negligently making improper lane changes. The settlement also included an amount from the driver of the vehicle for negligently failing to control her vehicle. Plaintiff received a frontal lobe head injury resulting in short term memory loss, lost sense of smell, and partial lost sense of taste. Plaintiff is now doing well and has recently graduated from college.
