Post Surgical Infection Case Settles for $450,000
Plaintiff, age 57, underwent revascularization on right lower extremity and developed an infection. The defendant physician was out of town when Plaintiff saw his nurse/office manager. The nurse/office manager failed to refer Plaintiff to another physician. As a result, Plaintiff lost his leg below the knee.
