Settlement Recovered by Victim of British Aerospace Air Crash

A settlement of $1.4 Million was recovered by a surviving passenger of the crash of USAir Flight 4743 at Beckley, West Virginia. The British Aerospace aircraft crashed due to an accumulation of ice on the aircraft with a subsequent loss of control while on final approach.

Four members of the same family were onboard at the time of the accident. The family retained aviation accident attorney Jamie Lebovitz and each recovered settlements.
