Since joining Nurenberg Paris, Dana has obtained verdicts and settlements exceeding $22 Million for our clients as both lead counsel and second chair. Dana’s practice focuses on catastrophic injuries and wrongful deaths from automobile collisions, medical negligence, and birth trauma.

Dana was recognized as an Ohio Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2019 and 2020 and serves on the Board of the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys.

Dana frequently conducts lectures on current legal topics and was recognized as a Distinguished Young Woman Honoree by the YWCA Greater Cleveland. She was selected by the Cleveland Jewish News “12 under 36” in 2018.

In the last three years, Jordan has collected more than $26 Million in verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. His practice focuses on trucking accidents, security guard negligence, catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation.

While working full time as an attorney, Jordan took night classes to obtain his Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) in 2017—putting him in the driver seat for commercial transit cases. Jordan was also the only Ohio attorney involved in the global settlement stemming from the October 1st shooting in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Jordan was recognized as an Ohio Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2019 and 2020 and serves on the Board of the Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ) where he was recently appointed as Chair of the New Lawyers Section.
